1. Analysis

Following an initial conversation we may ask to be provided with a drawing, specifications and/or the product to be packaged. A determination is made as to the suitability of heavy-wall molded pulp for your particular project.

2. Design

Using the drawing, specifications and/or product to be packaged, concepts emerge and are presented for review.

3. Prototyping

The concept is brought to life. Sample parts are generated to be applied, evaluated, tested and – if necessary – revised.

4. Tooling and Manufacturing

All tooling is constructed in-house to ensure quality and accuracy. Initial orders can be shipped within days of project commitment.
